Roadmap to employment

Preparing and planning for the first labour market as early as possible is key.

Ambassador

No one can tell in a better way the experiences of being in the labour market than the employees themselves.

Work buddy

A work buddy can provide support, guidance, and help set up sustainable structures for a successful integration.

Assign a person who is not the boss of the newly arrived employee, but rather a knowledgeable and empathetic co-worker on the same level.
